Is 2NE1 going to be the best?

Mmm, this seems promising. 2NE1 is so hit or miss, in my opinion. I suppose I have yet to hear a song by the whole group that resonates with me entirely, so it may just be their style. They’re very experimental for K-Pop if you think about it. YG seems to push the limit with them; Big Bang can get “funky” for Big Bang, but they never seem to go outside a certain perimeter of style-craziness. I guess 2NE1 seems one step ahead in that respect.
I’ll have to hear the whole song before I can really say what I think of this song. I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of “To Anyone,” so it will be interesting to hear what they’re up to now. “Lonely” seems like it would be good in an album setting, although it did have some strength on its own. I just think we’ve always felt there is something bigger coming from them. Is this it?

Hi Zerohundred. My comment is not related to your 2NE1 preview, but I didn’t know where else to post general comments, so I hope it’s okay that I put it here. I noticed from some of your old posts that you used to really like Jisun. So I thought you might want to check out this live performance of Flower Pot, if you haven’t already seen it. I think Jisun is really amazing in this video. And it shows she doesn’t need a whole lot of musicians backing her in order to sound great. It’s just her and a piano.
